Neighborhoods are like good friends; you have to help each other out-

Petaluma got top honors on Greenbelt Alliance’s Bay Area Scorecard for SMART Growth recently based on managing growth; permanently protecting open space; preserving agricultural land; conserving natural resources; and offering transportation choices. We scored 100% for having a working Urban Growth Boundary (UGB), but rated only 38% for development density policies. What does all this mean?
