Great films and books are essential for an active 21st Century mind, but great friends and pets are way better for walks. Take lots of walks, I say, and get thee to the countryside right outside Petaluma…so, so pretty…And then actually helping others out is what makes you grounded, being part of the local/global tribe of your choice. They still need members, you know.
